Q: How do I redeem my Free Shake Welcome Reward?
A: When you join MyShack Rewards, you will receive a Free Shake w/ Entree reward! To redeem this reward, you must place an order with any entree (burger, chicken sandwich, or chicken tender meal) and any shake in your cart. At check-out, your reward will become available and can be applied!

Q: How do I earn points?
A: MyShack Rewards members can earn points on every purchase they make at any Come Back Shack! You earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
Q: How do I redeem points for rewards?
A: To redeem points for rewards, simply login in to your MyShack Rewards account online or on the app. Once logged in, go to the "Reward Shop" (app) or "Redeem Points" (online). Find the reward you want and redeem your points. The reward* is automatically added to your wallet to be used on your next visit!

Q: Can I use loyalty in the Drive Thru?
A: Yes! As long as you give us the phone number associated with your loyalty account or your account number when placing your order, you can use loyalty in the drive thru and at any register in the store. This includes earning points AND using your rewards!
Q: Do I have to have the App to have a loyalty account?
A: No! You can join the loyalty program, see your rewards, refer-a-friend, and recharge money to your account all from the Loyalty Website!
Q: If I forgot to place my order signed in to my loyalty account or did not give my loyalty number to the order taker, can I still add my check to my account for points?
A: You will not be able to add missed checks to your account yourself, but you can email us at info@comebackshack.com with the following information and we will assess if the check is eligible for loyalty points:

- The Date of your Check
- The Phone Number Associated With Your Loyalty Account
